Almost none. I don't think they look for traffic; it's done with a port scan. I was running SSH, secure, authenticated SMTP and HTTP on a nonstandard port (8000) to serve pictures of the kids to the Grandmas. When I talked to tech support, I asked about SSH and was told there was no problem. Since then I've been running SSH and secure, authenticated SMTP on their standard ports without any complaints from Insight.
