I don't know , but I would probably mail it to myself, pull it out of  
iTunes, put it on the desktop and send it to myself and open it in  
the other computer. i do that with pictures a lot. You might have to  
change it into an mp3 first, in case the file it came in is too large  
to be mailed.
But that is in no way technical or scientific, but it has worked for  
me a many a time.
Or, if you have  your two computers sharing, I would just connect to  
the server, open the HD and pull the song out  unto the desktop of  
the other computer .
