Why not use the NeoOffice [1] database instead? It's really just Open  
Office [2] with a Mac front end, so the files are all Open Office  
compatible. Just install some version of Open Office on the Windows  
machines and all your data and layouts are ready to go. Best of all,  
everything is free.
