Well Chris, I thought I had a quick answer for you.
On her website -

she has a link at the top of the page to newsletters, but I couldn't
get it to respond. Must be down right now, or it was for me. Try it
and you should have several options. She has a daily cool site, and
a daily question/ answer one. There's also a weekly one of news or
new products.
