Harry, I listen all the time to an iPod, much of my day I go around with earbuds. I have tried several, Panasonic, Sony, SHURE, and some off brands. I could never get what I wanted, but I finally tried a Bose set (99.00 so be warned) and they are FANTASTIC. It took awhile to get used to the kind of buds they use, I can't describe them but they are funky looking
