No dialog box appeared when I clicked or clicked and hold. In the Tools menu there is an "add-ons" option. I selected it and there then clicked on the pdf extension and then selected preferences and and selected show options menu.
Now it works. My extension for viewing pdfs is nitro pdf. What extension are others using? Thanks.
