I have one of the older (802.11b/g) Airport Expresses. I can't seem to get it to reset to the factory settings. I added it to my wireless network (to use airtunes). The network consists of another airport express hooked to my cable modem. When I changed the password on the network, this Express disappeared. Would no longer play airtunes, or show up in Airport Utility.
I managed to get the thing reset to factory conditions last night after several(!!!!) attempts by holding the reset button, then plugging it in, waiting a few seconds until it flashed green four times. unfortunately, there was an error when it was being set up to rejoin the network and now it doesn't show up again (it did for a while).
