Hello folks,Some time back, I had asked if anyone had gotten PithHelmet to work on an upgrade install of Leopard. I tried every trick I could think of to get it to work again, all to no avail. Well... the fix was finally found [1] when looking to see why the heck 1Password didn't install its handy button in Safari, but did in Firefox. It turns out that the problem was that I was still a member of the wheel group. [2]
The following is the Magic Command: sudo dscl . -delete /Groups/wheel GroupMembership yourshortnamehere Of course! ;<)Though I'd bet that nobody really cares but me, I figured it was worth posting for the point of finishing the thread (whose subject is forgotten).

[2] Each user on a unix system is a member of a different number of groups, like 'admin', 'staff', and the like. 'wheel' was a default group from way back (maybe even in Puma).
