I do need some help here, before I go nuts.
I do get an email. It is a response to my questions, answering each in
perfect type.
Now I respond and all of a sudden in my response, all the apostrophes
in his email to me have turned into an 'a' with a cedille above it. I
can see it, because this transformation takes place on my computer
when i respond.
This never happened in my Tiger setting, but it is a pain now, and
don't even ask about the German Umlaute-- what happens there is
atrocious. What can I do about this?
I usually use the .mac server. I am not sure whether Insight will do
the same, but I am at my wit's end with this.
Any helpful hints?
