Since the increase of space in the CLOUD I do want to avail myself a
bit more of backing things up to the iDisk as it was previously known.
Now: if I have set my sync as automatic, what actually does sync?
For instance : files in my documents folder- there are files in that,
but also folders. If I add an item into a folder, will the sync
process filter that one item out and add it to the folder, will the
folder automatically be replaced? will an item not in a special
folder be absorbed into the stuff in the floating cloud?
I used to do all my stuff manually,just shoved something upward which
I found worthy to be kept.
And I had a Lacie connected. Now I have this time machine setup
which, however , is not keeping things forever.I wanted to get by
without another hard drive and use my iDisk for that.
Now I really don't know how this all works. Some great teacher in the
group to infuse my brain?
