First things first: in order to clear up a minor problem with Appleworks, I needed to reinstall it. Unfortunately, before reinstalling the apps, I stupidly reinstalled Mac OS 10.2.7, when I've been running OS 10.4.3. The AW problem was corrected but now I can't access some of my apps, notably Firefox and gmail, which I use for macgroup. I tried to reinstall OS 10.4.3 from the original disk, but all I got was the dreaded spinning beach ball. I finally found a way to access gmail, but the messages won't open. Since I can't read gmail messages, I won't be able to read responses to this post, so I'm wondering if some kind soul in the group will send some help to my aol address, which is <[EMAIL PROTECTED] What I need most are instructions for reinstalling OS 10.4.3.
