Dan, Apple discussion boards had this thread on the subject: http://discussions.apple.com/thread.jspa?messageID=8097624 Basically, the free version of Flip4Mac that you are probably using only allows up to 30 seconds of WMV exports. Quicktime Pro has no wmv export natively without a plug-in. Other options out there, some free, some nicer and "less free."
