Does anyone know of a good "Forms" program for Mac? Back in OS 9 I used a program I think was called Informed or something close to that, it was awesome but I can't seem to find them and I have a real need to make a form that I can use over and over. I only want to fill in blank lines, the form (in this case a check) will have all the other needed information but I need to be able to check boxes, fill in names, amounts, etc. so I only want the "fill in" lines so I need to create this and I don't want to use a web based forms program where I complete the forms on the internet.
I scanned the original document and then used PDFpen to try and complete. I made the sections that need to be completed and then deleted the background, all is fine but then using PDFpen to complete the form is archaic and just won't work when you have as many to complete as I do, it would be fine to use sporadically.
