I recently purchased an MB Pro and now I'm looking for a wireless

more reliable.

I'm not sure what you mean -- Bluetooth is a 2.4 GHz radio connection. If you're comparing it with those wireless mice with the USB radio dongles, I'd definitely go Bluetooth because you don't waste a USB port and you don't have the hassle of the dongle. I've used both and there's no difference in reliability.

Does anyone have any feedback? I'm considering the
Logitech v470 bluetooth mouse, but I'm not sold on replacing the
batteries. I would prefer a rechargeable model.

I regularly use three (four, if you count my wife's) Bluetooth mice. The all take AA size batteries and I just use rechargeables from a small four-battery charger we keep plugged in and loaded. Rarely do I change batteries more than once per month on a mouse.

I have a Logitech V270 in my laptop bag. It's a smaller mouse designed for portability. It works fine with my MB. I have two dislikes: it's too light -- I like a heftier mouse for fine control; and, the scroll wheel doesn't have fine enough control between clicks.

In my office, I've got an Apple Mighty Mouse. It took me a while to get used to the little scrolling ball, but once I did, I found it to be really convenient for such things as moving side-to-side. It behaves more like a track ball with a tiny ball than a traditional mouse. Many people really hate it, but it grew on me.

At home, I use a Logitech V470. It's nothing special. Works well. I've had it for six months and have never changed the batteries.

For a time, I had one of the Microsoft models. (I don't remember which one...) It had a really good feel to it, but the batteries were always going dead, unless I remembered to turn it off overnight. This was such a pain that I gave it away to a benighted Windows user and bought the V470.
