At my wife's office, they need to tape an interview using a modern  
video camera, and then convert it to a DVD, no editing, no  
transitions, no titles, just straight to DVD.  They expect the  
interview to last 2 hours.  How long would you estimate the conversion  
process will require?  Obviously, you would have the two hours of  
sending it to a computer (probably a PC, unless you say a MAC would be  
quicker/ easier), and then making sure your hard drive could handle 2  
hours of video data, and then the conversion process, and burning.   
Her tech says he'll need at least 10 hours, but she's hoping to have  
it sooner, if possible.  Any ideas?
