It does havce an Airport card installed, as well as bluetooth.  You can
order a set of OS disks from Apple... I recommend you call them and order on
the phone, as to buy the OS thru their store would cost you more. (I have
done this for my G4 iBook, and saved.

As far as the power supply, there are numerous options available to get one.
