Neal, Yep Hopefully your end of the family sticks together better than my end. I had an uncle die a few weeks back and someone just remembered to tell me.
But I live in Pearland Texas, just south of Houston. And I'm starting a coffee roastery and shop. We're buying an existing one and changing it around to be a much better place. Needs someone who knows how to do coffee instead of someone with the money to buy the equipment. Those two rarely meet. Usually you have the money and no idea what to do with it or you have the idea but no money. But that is a rant for later. We have a word press site.
