Back in December I began having a problem with Photoshop Elements 4. It would crash on opening. I did a google search on this and discovered that the problem was with Opera. To determine if this was the problem I created a new user and logged in as that user. I opened photoshop elements 4 with no problem (I did this before I opened opera). I deleted everything opera from my main user account and now photoshop elements 4 works without a problem.
