I'd just wait for things to settle down somewhat. These anti-malware mongers 
always make things sound worse than they are because they want to scare you 
into buying their software. If you wait a few days, there will likely be a way 
to check for an infection without paying the big bucks. There have been several 
such warnings over the last few years, and they've all turned out to be 
exaggerated.

The part I didn't like about the alert was the fact that there were absolutely 
no details about which software might be infected or where to look for such an 
infection.
