This past week, Sherry, my wife, was in Norton's hospital for major surgery. She's doing well now and is home. The hospital has free WiFi. With my iPad I could check and reply to email, and I could post updates on Sherry's condition to a blog. In addition, folks were able to send her messages of good cheer.
It was all stress free. I could have taken my lap top and done the same thing but believe me, the iPad was much easier not to mention lighter. I'm very pleased with the iPad.
