Sometimes when I (usually ) return a mail message, mail mail window
has this blue bar across the bottom, which does not allow me to make
the window smaller since it does not allow the text to wrap. To read
it all I have to extend that window to take in almost the whole
screen. It isn't all the time, thus my confusion. Is there a way to
get rid of this lower bar? It is like the window in Safari, but there
I have this option to adjust the window by clicking on the "A" button.
