Press your finger on spot where you want the cursor to be. You may have to wait until the Touch recognizes it, but the magnifying 'glass' will pop up, and let you put the cursor where you want it. Arrows would be nice, but looks like this is the way they want us to conform.

I don't have an iPad but would sure like arrow keys on the iPod touch keyboard. Anyone know of any way to move around and make corrections in what they are entering on the touch keyboard?
