Marta,

There was so much to talk about that it is hard to know where to start, for me
the BEST thing he said was the percent of Mac's being sold, it was something
like 20.7%!!!! Think about that, just think. All the other producers of
Windoze machines out there and I assume for the last quarter the Mac sold 1 in
5. Kiss my Grits, this is awesome!!

Just Tuesday of this week I had a carpenter at the house doing some work, I had
moved him to a Mac a few years ago but his daughter wanted a laptop, so instead
of paying $1,100.00 for a Mac he paid $400.00 plus change for a Dell. Then she
spent just over $300.00 for something that would totally prevent virus attacks.
(Right). This purchase was 9/23/10 of this year. Three weeks later the thing
was destroyed by a virus. He took it back to Best Buy, standing in line with
two other guys, he was the third in line.

When the first guy booted up his machine the 2nd guy in line moaned and Robert
looked around him and he also moaned. All three of these new PC's had the same
virus, all gotten last weekend. The three of them got into a discussion about
the horrors of the PC and the cost to repair. Another $350.00. So now we are
more than a Mac and he has only owned it three weeks. When they ask about a
time to get it back they said it was going to be awhile for they had dozens and
dozens in the back with the same problem.

The penny wise and pound foolish axiom sure comes into play when these PC folks
keep going back again and again to the same vomit, but then again we are now
20.7% and HALF those are Windoze converts.

My friend is going to go in and demand his money back, going to tear the roof
off if he has to. Doesn't want cash, he wants to apply what has already been
spend and get a Mac. I hope he has learned this time.

John
