[MacGroup] remove an application

I need help please! I have an old application " Adobe Photoshop  
Elements 2 " on my computer. I would like to
remove it but have been unable to do so.  I tried using the   
application " CleanMYMac " but nothing
happens. I tried moving the application to trash but get the message,  
Trash can't be completed because
the item "Icon" is locked.     What can I do ?
