There are tutorials for Objective C and Cocoa at cocoadevcentral.com. Apple has good tutorial books on Cocoa programming. If you go to the Apple developer Web site, there are oodles of documents and examples you can download. Most of them presuppose you have some C programming experience. O'Reilly has several books about Cocoa and Objective C.
