Despite numerous confirmations from WSJ and other sources, it’s always nice to see Verizon sort of the spill the beans itself. Two days ago, Verizon’s official Twitter account sent out a message pertaining to a CES award for its home monitoring/control system. While the message itself isn’t important, but it was sent using Twitter for iPhone—the Twitter app for iOS. The question then becomes was a Verizon Wireless representative seriously using an iPhone on AT&T to send out that tweet, or was the tweet sent from a Verizon Wireless representative testing out a CDMA iPhone early. You can decide for yourself which is the more likely scenario.
