Ann, if she has the account set up in her mail accounts on the
desktop, all she has to do when sending a message is to click on that
little triangle beside 'to','subject'. 'from'. on the address
label ,and it will give you the Bcc as well as the Cc.
If she has to go to the google page and send via web, well , as soon
as she ask to write new mail, the box has it right there below the
address label to click on it, too.
