One of my employees inserted a video DVD into his iMac (Intel processor model) and ... nothing happened. It did not show up on the Desktop, did not open any program, did not play. We have tried everything we know of to get the computer to eject this disk, including the Mac's Help suggestion of rebooting while holding down the mouse button and shutting down and holding down the eject key while starting up. Does anyone know of a way to eject a DVD or CD that does not mount and can't be ejected by normal methods?
