I was curious, as well, so I Googled for it. I could find nothing definitive on 
the hosting issue, but here is a possible clue:

If Apple does come out with new versions of iWeb AND they are pushing this big 
storage locker in the sky, it would stand to reason that they would have a web 
hosting solution as well. I suspect they will, but you don't have to really 
start worrying about it until sometime just before next June.

No doubt there will be a LOT of talk about it between now and then.
