I have been using Time Machine to back up on an external disk drive.
Worked wonderfully for about two months.
Now, neither Time Machine nor anyone else can write on the external
drive, bec it is "read only." Kliking command I brings up the
information, but I cannot "unlock" the lock, or change it's status
from "read only.
I have tried the external drive with another Mac, and it works like a
charm, so it's not a disk drive problem.
What now?
