I've been using "joinme"(basically teamviewer/screen share) so I could
access my son's computer (he attends an online school") so if he had a
question (or I wanted to check to make sure he was working on school work
and not on netflix lol) I could check. The problem is, he has to allow me
access. He clicks on "joinme" and then gets a code which he gives me, i
type in and then I can see his desktop." The problem is I can't hear any
sounds. For instance, he has live lessons with teachers where they hold
the class. I can see what they are doing but I don't have the sound (her
talking).

Would this program be better? Could I just download it (and he also -- but
he's on windows and I'm on Mac) . he could allow me access or can I just
automatically access? And does it have sound? I can't seem to find the
answers at the website.

On JOINME, he can give me access to control his pc (much like teamviewer)
-- but I have no sound.

Thanks!
