Anne, you don't go through iCloud for those. They are just set up as regular email accounts on iOS Devices. You set those up in the Accounts section at the top of the "Mail, Contacts, Calendars" settings rather than in the iCloud settings.
Just hit Add Account… and follow the directions with the same addresses and credentials you use on your Mac. j.
