I don't know about 10.8, but in 10.7 I was always launching the Dashboard (the thing that holds widgets) until I went in and changed my mouse settings. I have an older mouse with the scroll wheel and apparently the wheel was set to launch Dashboard when you click on it. Might check there and see if that is the case. Beth
Yes. In addition to that, I have things activate, without me having the desire for them to do so, frequently. Especially annoying is when the thing that holds your widgets - I forget the name - decides to make an appearance. Overall, I'd say that 10.8 is the glitchiest system I've experienced since system 4. If it were ten thousand times worse I'd suspect it was disguised beta for Windows 9. It seems like if I am not careful and just pass over an ad or link it launches it before I know and without me clicking unless I am doing it somehow? Has anyone else had this problem?
