Flash Player is holier than a screen door and seems to have a security update every week or so. You should always check with Adobe at <http://www.adobe.com/software/flash/about/> because there have been several false updates going around. It's a real nuisance. My solution is to not have Flash Player installed at all. Google Chrome has Flash built in, and Chrome updates itself magically in the background so you don’t get nagged about the updates. When I need Flash, I run Chrome. There aren't very many sites I hit that really need Flash. Usually it's only for ads that I'd just as soon not see anyway.
