e-bay... craigs list...

A few months ago we were at an auction and purchased a Dell Projector for $3.
THAT'S THREE DOLLARS. All the cables. No remote. The bulb was burned out. New
one $150. Wife checked e-bay and found the exact same model with everything
and a working bulb but the board was half fried and only 1/2 the picture would
show up on the screen. She got it for $43 including the shipping.

So for $46 we have a $300 projector. That thing works great.

So, figure out what you need and search e-bay, amazon and craigs list.
