Here are Apple's instructions. <http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4864?viewlocale=en_US> Remember that me.com is the same as icloud.com and [email protected], [email protected] and [email protected] all go to the same place. You can always check your iCloud.com (née me.com) mail at www.icloud.com using the Web interface. The password should be the same as you use for that account at the Apple store.
