Harry-

Sounds like my Nikon battery. It would charge up, look good on the menu, and then I would go out, take three pictures, and it would be dead again. A new battery was the only answer for me, but good luck on nursing yours back to health.

It sat over night and didn’t charge. This morning I unplugged it from the computer, plugged it back in and went out for 4 hours. While I was away it started to charge, it’s got about 1/2 charge. It’s still in the computer hope it charges all the way!

 Thanks everyone.

Just to make sure-
Have you plugged it into your computer or USB charger and just left it for a day or so? I've seen my unused devices get so drained, it took quite a while to 'wake' up and start the charging process.

My flip camera battery won’t charge. The camera has been sitting in a drawer for months. Any suggestions for where to get it replaced or how to get it to charge?

thanks.
