Hey Harry,

I just bypass all that fun stuff.

I design in CS I can open in illustrator copy and paste into a word doc.

But here's the fun I'm having I had a virus a month ago and caught it.

But I changed my anti-virus to not allow anything in or out of my computer and
I can't send any files anywhere until I figure out what I did. Ha ha

Yes I can design a website or a logo but don't ask me to change my virus
preferences! uggg

Maybe I can open your pdf, copy and paste into an email? Let me see!

Subject: [MacGroup] Obstreperous pdf file

I maintain the website for a local radio show: Kentucky Homefront:
http://kentuckyhomefront.org

I also create the programs for the live tapings. One of the performers for the
September show has a press kit. One of the items is a pdf with info about the
performer. I can save the pdf to my computer but cannot edit the pdf in order
to copy the text and paste it into a document. When I ctrl-click and get info,
the pdf is locked. I unlock it but when I close the get info box and reopen it,
the file is still locked.

Any idea how I might unlock this pdf so I may copy the text and past it into my
document?

Thanks.

Harry
