Battery life was mentioned along with speed issues. Yes, it's all up-to-date (in fact I was all excited about the battery life fixes mentioned in the update). It's been 2 hours since I pulled it off the charger and it is still reading 100%. Either I have one heck of a battery or I've managed to turn off all the nasty background energy hogging stuff, or the phone has no clue how much charge there is. I wish it were the first choice. Bill
