I just read a blurb that G-mail is not working well with Mavericks.  This is 
why I have always stayed with the Apple product if possible, it's hard enough 
for Apple to get it right when they are making the entire system, others 
struggle to stay with all the changes.  I still don't have good drivers for the 
Xerox printer as they had not stayed current with all the OS updates.
