My brother-in-law has some 51/4” disks from the Apple //e era and is looking for someone who might be able to retrieve the data from them.
Even supposing one could read the disks on the Apple //e I don't know if it would be possible to transfer the data to any modern computer storage. Does anyone still have an Apple //e or an Apple //gs? ps I wonder if one has a 3.5 disk drive attached to an Apple //, as well as a 5 1/4 disk drive, files from the older media could be transfered to the newer media and then an older Mac might be able to read the files.
