Just yesterday I installed a 'shell' on a coworker's new PC that was operating 
with Windows 8.  Apparently the Windows 8 OS is a snap to learn and use if you 
have a touch screen. Try it with a mouse and you spend ten minutes looking for 
the right icon to take you where you want to go. This shell made everything 
look like the classic Window screen, complete with start button. (You know- the 
start button they use to turn the PC off)
