I honestly don't know how they are going to administer this, on what areas of 
the country first but since we received the email I am assuming they are going 
to hit Indiana.  I wanted all to know, as a precaution to what you will face if 
Louisville has it enacted and as a heads up should you love a property prone to 
flooding.
