Which version of the Mac Mini is it? Apple made 15 models of the Mini with a variety of processors, from early PowerPCs through Core 2 Duos, i5s and i7s. Some are limited in which OS they can run. 3. What OS are you running, or intending to install on the new drive? That also will affect any proposed solutions. Thanks allowing us to assist you.
