I wouldn’t worry about it. The remote management stuff was upgraded in a recent 
OS X upgrade and the permissions on this file were likely altered. SuperDuper 
probably needs to update its list of the properties of core files.

There’s an Apple tech note <http://support.apple.com/en-us/HT203172> that says 
you can safely ignore the file.
