You will know because you will get an email in your inbox from 
[email protected] <mailto:[email protected]>. 
That’s all it does. I presume you haven’t gotten a response because no one has 
responded to it yet. Someone usually will, but it isn’t always immediate.

I’m responding to both your personal email and the macgroup email account, so 
you probably will receive this one twice. When you reply to MacGroup you don’t 
need to include your own email address unless you want someone to reply to you 
personally and not to the group.

The fact that you saw my other message means that you are signed up and should 
be receiving any emails sent to the list. There are not necessarily posts every 
day, so don’t be surprised if you go several days without seeing any and then 
see a flurry of them about one subject. That’s usually the way it goes.
