Your right, I cant understand but my company faxes non stop daily even though
they spend more than most any other company in the country on tech. I get the
feeling they are trying to eliminate virus problems with the tens of thousands
rank & file folks that could introduce hackers to the system. A few years ago
a remote office let in a virus from an email that destroyed 1,000 computers in
30 min before they could pull the plug on all of us. We have over 18,000
agents offices, 70,000 support staff at these locations, hundreds of claims
offices, adjusters working from home & vehicle, Corporate, 3 huge remote hubs
with over 5,000 in each location, over a hundred thousand employees, tens of
thousands of body shops tied into our system, thousands of dwelling repair
firms into our system, a nationwide glass firm into our system, vendors &
suppliers tied into us, a nationwide towing service into our system, Marsh &
AIG into our system for errors & omissions......& I am just scratching the
surface. So, fax they do to try & eliminate as many doors as they can. Don't
know how they manage all this, & still pay 35,000-40,000 claims a day, 365 days
a year.

I am having a problem with my night fax at work & I wanted to see if I could
try it out to tell IT what it's doing, I feel sure it's the way they have our
night service set.

Thanks for all the help.

John
