Carolyn, I use Apple's Remote Desktop to administer all our local and off-site Macs. http://www.apple.com/remotedesktop<https://www.apple.com/remotedesktop>/ You will need to turn on Remote Management in the Sharing preferences on the Macs you want to admin and check some options there to allow you the access you need, but it allows you to view and control the screen, install software, run Terminal commands and a host of other administrative tasks. My employers are not real pc skilled so I need something simple that I can use to remote access their computers when they need assistance. They prefer I purchase a program as they have heard that the free ones being in spam and viruses. Suggestions??
