I set up a gmail account to replace my bellsouth account which was getting oodles of spam everyday.
I set up gmail in Apple Mail as an imap account. I have no trouble receiving messages via the gmail account but whenever I try to reply to one it just sits in my outbox and when I check in Mail—>prefereneces—>accounts the outgoing gmail server is listed as offline and I can’t seem to get it back on line.
