Yeah, Google’s going to cook AT&T’s golden goose! AT&T had the power within them to step up their game and they chose not to. Uverse’s teeny-tiny internet straws are really hard to suck stuff through. It’s their own fault.
Until AT&T replaces my aging copper lines with something that bears a passing resemblance to technology from this century, I am a cable guy, and when Google, or anyone else, can treat me like the connected customer that I want/need/desire to be, then I will even ditch the cable. AT&T shot themselves in their own foot. Suing to hinder Google is just the bully’s way. Hey, I gotta idea, Blue Meatball: Why don’t you try and compete on service. I know that’ll be a new thing for you, but try it, you might like it. I know your customers will.
